Cole Davies continued his dominant run in the Eastern division, capturing the Heat 2 victory with a composed performance at Protective Stadium. The race began with Seth Hammaker executing a perfect jump to claim the holeshot, but an uncharacteristic mistake on the opening lap allowed Davies to slip into the lead. Once out front, Davies established a rhythm that no one could match, extending a small gap to ensure he wouldn't be under threat in the closing laps.
