The final round of the Hilton Classic at Al Houara Golf Club in Tangier, Morocco, sets the stage for a high-stakes showdown on the MENA Golf Tour. After two days of battling both the challenging Graham Marsh-designed layout and the unpredictable Atlantic weather, the field is ready for the final 18 holes. The course, characterized by its rolling dunes and strategic bunkering, has already proven it can punish even the slightest lack of focus, especially when the coastal breezes intensify in the afternoon.

The strategic narrative centers on the ability to capitalize on the par-5 scoring opportunities while navigating the increasingly firm greens. With a leaderboard packed with international talent, the final round is less about safe play and more about who can maintain an aggressive mindset under pressure. For the leaders, the challenge is to block out the noise of the chasing pack and manage the "risk-reward" shots that define the closing stretch at Al Houara.

Result Description
Pierre Pineau delivered a clinical final-round performance to claim the 2026 Hilton Classic title, securing his first professional victory in four years. Starting the day just one shot off the lead, the Frenchman carded a brilliant 5-under-par 67 to finish at 10-under overall. After a steady front nine, Pineau faced a moment of pressure following a bogey on the 11th, but he responded with a sensational run of four birdies in his final seven holes to pull two shots clear of the field.

The leaderboard saw significant movement as several players mounted late charges. Andoni Etchenique produced a bogey-free 67 to finish as the runner-up at 8-under, while Ireland’s Paul McBride climbed into solo third at 7-under after matching the day's low score of 67. Overnight leader Aron Zemmer struggled to find his rhythm in the final holes, finishing in a tie for fourth alongside Jacopo Vecchi Fossa, Mark Power, and Curtis Knipes at 5-under. Pineau’s emotional victory earns him a $18,000 winner's check and cements his position as a top contender as the tour prepares to head to Qatar later this month.
