The UNC Health Championship (formerly Rex Hospital Open) is a regular golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It is played annually at the Raleigh Country Club in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Alvaro Ortiz won the 2026 UNC Health Championship on May 31, 2026, defeating Ross Steelman with a birdie on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff. Both golfers finished regulation play tied at 10-under par. This victory marked Ortiz's first career title on the Korn Ferry Tour.
Both Ortiz and Steelman made dramatic birdies on the par-4 18th hole in regulation to force the extra frame. Ortiz secured the win with a second consecutive birdie on the 18th hole during the playoff.
