Description

China's Ruoning Yin won the 2026 Buick LPGA Shanghai, defending her home-soil legacy with a dramatic one-stroke victory on Sunday, 18 October 2026.
Playing at the tournament's new venue, Sheshan Golf Club, Yin staged a thrilling come-from-behind performance in the final round. She carded a 4-under 68 on Sunday to finish at 11-under par (277 strokes) overall, fending off South Korea's Hye-Jin Choi, who had held the lead through each of the first three rounds. Yin broke a back-nine deadlock with a critical four-foot birdie putt on the 16th hole to capture her seventh career LPGA Tour title and the $480,000 winner's payout.
The event takes place Oct 15-18 and has a prize fund of $3,200,000
