Description

Scott Redding won a chaotic, rain-shortened Race 1 at the Brands Hatch season finale on Saturday, 17 October 2026. Driving for the Hager PBM Racing Team on a Ducati, Redding fought through from 11th place on the opening lap to seize the lead just before the race was red-flagged on lap 15 due to heavy rain. Because more than two-thirds of the race distance had been completed, the results were declared final, keeping Redding's title hopes alive.
Championship leader Kyle Ryde finished second after starting from pole position, managing his risk in the damp conditions to secure a 48-point advantage ahead of Sunday's final two races. Ryan Vickers claimed the final spot on the podium for Honda Racing UK, narrowly beating Leon Haslam by 0.096 seconds.
