Description

Scott Redding won Race 1 of the 2026 ZYN British Superbike Championship at Donington Park for the Hager PBM Racing Team.The race was cut short and red-flagged by one lap due to a sudden heavy downpour, freezing positions from the penultimate lap. Max Cook secured second place to take his first podium of the season on the AJN Steelstock bimota, while polesitter Kyle Ryde finished third after running wide at the Melbourne Loop just before the flags waved. Because the leading trio had broken away by over 10 seconds, they were the only riders classified on the lead lap.
