The 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (formerly Xfinity Series) heads to Phoenix Raceway for the GOVX 200, the first short-oval test of the season. Phoenix is a unique 1-mile "D-shaped" tri-oval where the "dogleg" creates high-stakes, four-wide restarts that often determine the race's outcome. With the series shifting from the high-speed drafting of Daytona and Atlanta and the road course turns of COTA, this weekend is about mechanical grip and driver discipline.

Arizona native Alex Bowman was originally slated to be a major threat but is sidelined, leaving Anthony Alfredo to step into a high-profile seat.
