Description

Marc Márquez dominantly won the 2026 MotoGP Aragón Sprint Race. Starting from second on the grid, the Ducati Lenovo Team rider executed a forceful overtake on pole-sitter Marco Bezzecchi at the very first corner and led the field home to secure his 20th career Saturday Sprint victory.

Following the Sprint, Jorge Martín retains his World Championship lead over Marco Bezzecchi, though the gap has narrowed to 29 points. Thanks to his victory, Marc Márquez is closing in fast and now sits just 4 points behind Bezzecchi in 3rd place overall.
