Thriston Lawrence won the 2026 Omega European Masters after a dramatic four-hole playoff against England's Paul Casey. The tournament took place from 3–6 September 2026 at the iconic Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
Casey held a three-shot lead entering the final round, but Lawrence mounted a fierce comeback with a spectacular 8-under-par 62. Both golfers finished tied at 18-under-par after 72 holes. Casey missed multiple putts to seal the victory on the final regulation hole and during the first three playoff holes. Lawrence eventually claimed the trophy on the fourth extra hole by sinking a 20-foot birdie put.
With this victory, Lawrence secured the winner's share of $637,500 out of the tournament's $3.75 million prize purse. He also climbed to 111th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
