Description

The 2023 Masters Tournament is the 87th edition of the Masters Tournament and the first of the men's four major golf championships held in 2023. It was played from April 6–9 at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

Jon Rahm became the fourth Spaniard to win the Masters after shooting a three-under 69 in the final round to beat Brooks Koepka and Phil Mickelson by four shots at 12-under. Koepka, seeking his fifth major championship, led by two shots at the start of the final round but shot 75 (+3) to drop to second. Mickelson, at the age of 52, recorded a seven-under round of 65 to jump into a tie for second after beginning the final round 10 shots off the lead, becoming the oldest player in Masters history to finish inside the top five.
