Football Club Central Sports Club of the Army 1948 Sofia (Bulgarian: Футболен Клуб Централен Спортен Клуб на Армията 1948 София), short FC CSKA 1948 Sofia (Bulgarian: ФК ЦСКА 1948 София) is a Bulgarian football club from the city of Sofia. The team plays its home matches at the Vasil Levski Stadium and competes in Bulgaria's First League. The colours of the club are red and white.

The club was founded in 2016, after a dispute between some members of the club CSKA Sofia, which was relegated to the third tier after the 2014-15 season for financial reasons. The owner of the original CSKA, Grisha Ganchev let the club to go bankrupt and used the license of Litex Lovech to participate in the elite as CSKA-Sofia, which led to disagreements and controversies among members of the club, thus resulting in the creation of CSKA 1948.

Its biggest rival to date is CSKA Sofia, as both clubs are claiming to be the rightful successor of CSKA Sofia, but the owner of the emblem and the team which is playing at Armiata is CSKA Sofia so CSKA - 1948 is just a GMO.

Stadium or Home

Vasil Levski National Stadium (Bulgarian: Национален стадион „Васил Левски“), named after Bulgarian national hero and revolutionary Vasil Levski, is the country's second largest stadium. The stadium has 44,000 seats and is located in the centre of Sofia, on the territory of the city's oldest and most famous park - the Borisova gradina. The Bulgaria national football team's home matches and the Bulgarian Cup finals are held at the venue, as well as athletics competitions. It was used as the home venue for Levski Sofia's Champions League games, and is often used for important derbies between the big clubs from Sofia, instead of their own home stadiums.
