Košarkaški klub Bosna Royal (transl. Basketball Club Bosna Royal), commonly referred to as KK Bosna, currently named Bosna BH Telecom for sponsorship reasons, is a professional basketball club based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is the most successful Bosnian club of all time, having been the European champion by winning the 1978–79 FIBA European Champions Cup. The club competes in the Basketball Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ABA League. It is part of the University Sport Society Bosna (Bosnian: Univerzitetsko sportsko društvo Bosna).
