Sirens Netball (currently Strathclyde Sirens; formerly UWS Sirens) are a Scottish netball team based in Glasgow and compete in the Netball Superleague. The team was jointly formed in 2016 by both Netball Scotland and the University of the West of Scotland as UWS Sirens, during the expanding of the Netball Superleague. In 2018, the new name Strathclyde Sirens was announced following a partnership with the University of Strathclyde. Home games are played at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow.

The Commonwealth Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, known for sponsorship reasons as the Emirates Arena, is an indoor arena and velodrome in Dalmarnock, Glasgow, Scotland. Built for the 2014 Commonwealth Games, these venues hosted the badminton and track cycling events. Situated opposite Celtic Park in the East End of Glasgow, the complex is the headquarters of Sportscotland and Scottish Cycling.
