Season Description
The 2025–2026 Turkish Cup is the 64th edition of the Turkish Football Cup, also known as the Ziraat Turkish Cup, with a total of 155 participating teams, consisting of 139 professional and 16 amateur clubs. The competition will be organized in 4 qualifying rounds, a group stage, and a final Stage, spanning 11 match weeks.
The Group Stage will feature 3 groups of 8 teams each. The 24 teams participating in the Group Stage will be divided into 4 pots of 6 teams. Through a draw, groups will be formed with 2 teams from each pot. In the Group Stage, each team will play 4 matches in total, facing 1 team from each pot. Of these matches, 2 will be at home and 2 away.
At the end of the Group Stage, the top 2 teams from each group (6 in total), along with the 2 best third-placed teams, will advance to the quarterfinals, making 8 teams in total. In the quarterfinals, the group winners and the best second-placed team will be seeded and play their matches at home. A draw will then determine the semifinal pairings and the home teams.
