Season Description
The 2020 FIM Moto2 World Championship was a part of the 72nd F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship season. The season calendar was significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, with numerous races postponed or cancelled. Enea Bastianini won the Moto2 championship with seven podiums and three wins, finishing nine points ahead of championship runner up Luca Marini.
