Alvaro Carpe first began racing motorcycles at four years old, with great success from a young age as he made his way through the Spanish ranks. Then in 2020, Carpe made his debut in the European Talent Cup, a category which he would spend just two seasons racing in. After finishing fifth place in the Championship in 2021, Carpe made the step to JuniorGP™ in 2022, contesting in just four races as he continued to learn his craft. His first JuniorGP™ podium arrived in 2023, setting up a title attack for the 2024 season. Meanwhile, Carpe was becoming a consistent front-runner in the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup, with the Spanish rider becoming rookie of the year in 2023 after finishing second in the Championship. This set Carpe up for an incredible 2024 campaign, with the #83 clinching both the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies Cup and JuniorGP™ titles in the same year. He was then rewarded with an end-of-year wildcard in the Moto3™ World Championship at the Solidarity GP, racing for Red Bull KTM Ajo, who have signed Carpe for a full-time ride in 2025.
