


Nazareno Manuel Fúnez (born 6 February 2001 in Rosario) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder. He plays as a striker for CA Central Córdoba (SdE) in the Argentine First Division.
Career
Trained in the lower divisions of Newell's Old Boys, he signed his first contract as a professional in October 2021. A few months later he extended his contract until the end of 2025.
He made his debut with the first team on November 21, 2021 during the First Division match lost 3–1 to Arsenal de Sarandí, replacing Maximiliano Comba. His first goal as a professional was scored on March 6, 2022, in a 4-0 victory over Atlético Tucumán at home.
In June 2023 he was loaned without charge or option to buy to Atlético Rafaela, which is in the Primera B Nacional. Their contract would extend until mid-2024.
In June 2024 he went on loan again to another team in the Primera B Nacional, San Martín de San Juan. In mid-November 2024, he underwent surgery for acute appendicitis, which led him to miss the rest of the season.
At the end of 2024 he achieved promotion to the Argentine First Division with the team. [9
