Jack Alan McLoughlin (born 1 February 1995) is an Australian swimmer. He competed in the men's 1500 metre freestyle event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. At the 2018 Commonwealth Games McLoughlin won a gold medal in the same event and silver in the 400 metre freestyle. In the Autumn of 2019, he was member of the inaugural International Swimming League swimming for the New York Breakers, who competed in the Americas Division.
