Anthony DeSclafani
is a 35-year-old American professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. Most recently, he played for the Arizona Diamondbacks during the 2025 season before being released in September 2025.
He has previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins, Cincinnati Reds, and San Francisco Giants. He played college baseball for the University of Florida. The Toronto Blue Jays selected DeSclafani in the sixth round of the 2011 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2014. He has previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins and Cincinnati Reds.

On March 30, it was announced that DeSclafani would miss the entirety of the season after undergoing flexor tendon surgery.
