J'Covan Marquis Brown (born February 14, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Premier League. He played college basketball for the University of Texas before playing professionally in Greece, Dominican Republic, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Israel.
