Derek Leonard Roy (born May 4, 1983) is a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who is currently playing with Linköpings HC. Roy has previously played with SC Bern with whom he won the NLA title in 2016. Roy has played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Buffalo Sabres, Dallas Stars, Vancouver Canucks, St. Louis Blues, Nashville Predators and the Edmonton Oilers. He was originally drafted in the second round, 32nd overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
