Márcio Rafael Ferreira de Souza (born 7 September 1985), commonly known as Rafinha (; "Little Rafa"), is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a right-back. He was known as a skilled defender with good passing skills, quick pace, agility and a strong shot. He had earned four caps with the Brazil national team. Since 2015, he has had German citizenship.
