Description

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to the reconfigured EchoPark Speedway (formerly Atlanta Motor Speedway) for the Autotrader 400, the second race of the 2026 season. After an intense season-opener at Daytona, the field faces 400 miles of superspeedway-style drafting on an intermediate quad-oval. Known for its high banks and narrow racing surface, the track creates a chaotic environment where pack racing and "big one" wrecks are always a possibility. With hometown hero Chase Elliott seeking redemption and defending race winner Christopher Bell looking to repeat, the strategy will revolve around staying out of trouble until the final stage to make a push for the checkered flag.
