The 2024 Grand Prix cycliste de Québec is the 13th edition of this men's road cycling race. The race takes place on Friday, September 13, 2024 around Quebec City, Canada, and is part of the 2024 UCI World Tour calendar in category 1.UWT. It is run two days before the Grand Prix cycliste de Montréal.

The race was won in a sprint by Michael Mattews of Team Jayco AlUla. This is his third victory in the Grand Prix cycliste de Montréal. He is now the most successful cyclist in this competition.
