player duplicates

Just updating the American Major League Soccer and noticed this, https://www.thesportsdb.com/team/134794-Colorado-Rapids, loads of players duplicated, other teams as well. Easy to remove but wondered why so many are being duplicated.

Yes USA soccer is a wierd one as a lot didnt exist originally so I created them manually. Then I synced later on.

Just remove any that are missing API football ID's. They won't come back. Thanks for cleaning up!
