Any moderator can do this. If you stick around and become a valued member here with multiple contributions then we can promote you (or anyone else).
For now just list any teams you need and a Mod can help.

For teams that were renamed its worth editing the riders of the team just once so they are associated with the new name. You just need to edit the player and click submit.
