Combining live events with events statistics and timeline

Hi,
I am using SportDB API and trying to use idEvent from livescores api endpoint to event statistics and timeline lookups endpoints but every time I insert some live event idEvent I get as a result {"eventstats":null} and {"timeline":null}. I am trying to schedule every few minutes calls to event stats and timeline to get most recent data from live event ids.

Could you please send me some info would it be possible during some live events to pull out frequently some stats and timeline?

stats and timeline are only synced manually (usually at the end of an event) at the moment.

We hope to improve this next soccer season.
