| mmm i am in doubt about your API For example yesterday in French Ligue 2 BKT for the match Paris FC / Dunkerque, your website displays  The final result was 1-0 (for the Paris FC). They scored in the additionnal time  | |||

There is a delay between the livescore importer (which updates the scores live) and the full scheduled importer which updates once every 6hrs or so. Sometimes as you can tell in this case the livescore importer misses the last goal in extra time. But you can be sure it will be updated by the full scheduled importer at a later time. https://www.thesportsdb.com/event/1040731 Events can also be manually updated by any user at any time simply by editing the event. | ||

Another example, always in French League 2 for the match Amiens / Auxerre, your API displays 1-0, the final result was 1-1 (i just made the screenshots and the match finished more than 16 hours ago ..). It takes too much time to be refreshed | |||

It takes too much time before the update (moreover Auxerre is still at 0 but they scored first ... at the 12th minute)  | |||

zag Posts: 3,329 Joined: 2020-03-23 | Hmm strange, OK I will check Ligue 2 for its update speed. Ligue 1 seems unaffected. EDIT: I ran the importer manually and it worked perfectly to update the score. I will investigate why Ligue 2 isn't being triggered so often as the main leagues. EDIT2: OK I found the issue... Seems as we added a lot of new leagues the auto update has slowed down a lot! 182 leagues need updating including cup competitions now  I have now increased the interval (x10) so it should always be fixed within an hour if not sooner. As mentioned this should only effect goals after 90mins generally in extra time, most of the time the score is instant. | ||

Posts: 869 Joined: 2020-06-17 | The first example was a 90th minute goal, which has caused problems in the past. The second example is more puzzling, it was a very nice volleyed finish, and nothing controversial about it that might have meant it not being added. | ||

The second example is more puzzling, it was a very nice volleyed finish, and nothing controversial about it that might have meant it not being added. I wonder if it was a VAR example perhaps? Lets see how it goes. Also Ligue 2 is missing quite a lot of players, although it shouldn't affect it other than manual timeline and lineup syncs. EDIT: I just did a big sync of player data for Ligue 2, should be much better now. | ||

| Still wrong results ... It becomes tiresome. I waited few days to see, nothing was corrected Visibly the corrections are made when we signalize them ... and we need to pay for that ... I didn't took my subscription to Patreon yet and i won't. Too much errors in your results | |||
