Why do my edits not appear on the site?

I have tried to edit the 2013 NFL playoff scores but they do not seem to appear on the site. Is there something I'm not doing or a status I have to achieve before I'm allowed to make edits?

All users should be able to edit. Just make sure the formatting is correct.

Common issue might be an invalid date for why it wont update. For info it uses this format YYYY-MM-DD

If you post the link, I can check.
