Adding Teams to Cup Competitions

There is quite a bit of work to add teams to cup competitions as 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th leagues so I thought a thread would be useful to track it.

- Any team in a cup competition for this season should be added.
- Cups should be added in perceived importance order
- If a team is knocked out of the cup they should remain in the league until the end of the season

So far I have completed:

English Premier League Teams
English Championship
Spanish LaLiga

Will keep the info for past seasons? I mean, now that we have the option to see past squads by year, will also show in which competitions were on that year?

Probably not as it would complicate things a lot. I think having the event history is enough in this case.
