Special events creation (All-Star games)

Hi Zag,

On several team vs team leagues there some special events which can't be add to the DB such All-Star events for NBA and Liga ACB, Pro Bowl for NFL, etc.
In order to avoid issues on the standings, I suggest to add a button called "Add special event" which creates an event with plain text name such we currently do in fighting or motorsport to be abble to create events like:

NBA Rising Stars Challenge
NBA Skills Challenge
NBA Three-Point Contest
NBA Slam Dunk Contest
NBA All-Star Game
NFL Pro Bowl
NHL All-Star Skills Competition
NHL All–Star Game
MLS All-Star Game

Cool! yeh nice idea. Should be easy enough to implement. I've added it to the long list of todo's
