[HELP] How does the reports section work in a league event?

Hi all,

Looking to link a number of news outlets to motocross and supercross. The typical news providers are:

1. Racerxonline.com
2. Swapmotolive.com
3. Motocrossactionmag.com
4. cyclenews.com
5. supercrosslive.com
6. dirtbikerider.com
7. ultimatemotorcycling.com
8. Promotocross.com

What I want it to look like on those league events is as it does on many of the soccer/football leagues where a news outlets logo is displayed which is hyperlinked to a user configured webpage.

I can add any news sources but I will need a 64 pixel icon image for each
