NBA scores not loading properly due to timezone difficulties

It looks like, though the times are tagged properly, some games are still showing up as 'upcoming'. For instance, the Clippers played the Jazz last night, but it is showing as upcoming in the NBA list, even though someone has added the score.

Yes its because we use UTC times here so the match is classified as the next day.

Ideally to fix this I will implement a setting for all users to set their timezones, its on the todo list.

EDIT: Just to say on the Back end data and API there should be fields for both UTC Date and Local Date as well as Local time and UTC time now.
