LiveScores Api is Dead

Hi,

Not sure if this has been raised but the Live Scores API is currently returning:

See more details at 'https://xmlsoccer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202852961-Time-interval-limits'. Contact info@xmlsoccer.com to get it removed from this list and reactivated. It will also be reactivated within a few hours of respecting the throttling."

Yep thanks I had also noticed this earlier, it should be fixed in a few hours I hope.

EDIT: Looks like XML soccer are having some difficulties, i'll try to contact them.

Should be all fixed, with the added bonus of the New Premiership Soccer schedule updating later today!

I've moved the XML soccer importer onto the 2019-2020 season for all leagues now.
