Trim soccer players with No image or Description?

Need some input from you guys...

Should I delete all soccer players without a description or profile image?

Some are very out of date in the lower leagues and its a pain to move them into _Retired group all the time. I am only talking about players with literally no data.

I think it could be a good way to clean a bit the DB

Well, if player is still in team why should it be deleted? Maybe it's possible to check their actual teams or so?
I'm showing defaultplayer image if image is not present.
I.e. MLB teams have maybe 5 players for all teams so deleting some players when so many players are still missing is prematurely I think.

Yeh the players are legitimate, but many in the soccer lower leagues simply fall out of a job. I was manually moving them to the _retired section but it was a lot of work.

I trimmed the Portuguese league players that had no images or descriptions because it was very outdated and hard to work with. Especially with their single names.

I will leave the rest of the leagues as they look OK.

If anyone wants to help build it up again that would be great
