MLB strTime format

Hi, thanks for importing MLB matches.
FYI, strTime on 2018-03-18 (12:05) and 2018-03-31 (17:45:00) are different.

Can this be not changed? I think it needs to be consistent with the UTC format (17:45:00)

Yeh the times are a mess at the moment, I agree it should be standardized on UTC then clients can adjust as they wish.

Just a shame all the API's i've used are totally different formats!

I will take a look what can be done with some php datetime() magic

And probably date should be local as I stated previously

zag, I believe all date+time from MLB API (and NHL too) should be converted from UTC to Eastern Time since MLB and NHL sites have ET.

Yep hopefully should be able to look at this tomorrow, I will create a new local time and UTC time fields
