Description
Team BMW’s Colin Turkington has taken victory in the final reverse grid BTCC race at Oulton Park, completing a phenomenal comeback throughout the day for the four-time champion.
Turkington is no stranger to victory of course, but this was arguably one of the best days of his illustrious career, having produced brilliant drives in each of the three contests at the picturesque Cheshire circuit.
It was a BMW 1-2-3 at the finish as Turkington prevented stablemate Jake Hill (Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport) from claiming an historic hat-trick, whilst Adam Morgan (Team BMW) completed the podium.
