[REQUEST] Some recommended fixes for the esports category.

1. All 4 leagues that are currently in Division 2 should be moved to Division 1.

2. All 3 of the Featured Leagues should be removed; Overwatch League doesn't even exist anymore lol. I'd replace them with the 4 major League of Legends leagues: League of Legends Champions Korea, League of Legends Pro League, League of Legends Championship Series, and League of Legends EMEA Championship, along with ESL Pro League and Blast Premier. To the best of my knowledge these are the biggest esports leagues in the world.

I'm gonna keep working on updating the League of Legends stuff, but everything else isn't in my purview.
