Śląsk Wrocław is a Polish basketball team, based in Wrocław. Since being founded in 1947 Śląsk Wrocław has been the best and most recognizable Polish basketball club. The team has won the Polish league championships 17 times so far. Most recognized period of Śląsk's history is the "Great Śląsk Era" when the team won five championship titles in a row (1998-2002). Most of those successes where achieved with Andrej Urlep, the almost legendary coach of Śląsk

Hala Orbita is a multi-purpose Indoor arena in Wrocław, Poland. It hosts the home games of Śląsk Wrocław and WKS Śląsk Forza Wrocław. It has a seating capacity for 3,000 people. It is used to host sport events like volleyball, handball, basketball, indoor football and gymnastics, as well as a venue for competitions of martial arts, concerts, artistic events, fairs, exhibitions and congresses.
