La Real Sociedad de Fútbol, meglio nota come Real Sociedad, è una società calcistica spagnola con sede a Donostia-San Sebastián, nei Paesi Baschi. Milita nella Primera División, la massima divisione del campionato spagnolo di calcio.

Figura all'ottavo posto della classifica perpetua della Primera División spagnola ed è una delle nove squadre spagnole a non aver mai militato in categorie inferiori alla seconda divisione. Il club conobbe il proprio periodo d'oro nei primi anni ottanta del XX secolo, in cui vinse due campionati consecutivi, una Coppa di Spagna e Supercoppa di Spagna e raggiunse in una circostanza le semifinali di Coppa dei Campioni. In tempi più recenti la squadra ha invece accusato una flessione nelle prestazioni fino a retrocedere, al termine del campionato 2006-2007, in Segunda División dopo quaranta stagioni consecutive in massima serie.

Anoeta Stadium (Spanish: Estadio de Anoeta), currently known as the Reale Arena for sponsorship purposes, is a football stadium in San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain that was inaugurated in 1993.

The stadium lies at the Anoeta Sports Complex, and is mostly used for football matches where La Liga side Real Sociedad contest their home games. The total seating capacity of the stadium, which was originally 32,000, was restricted to around 26,800 due to redevelopment works; its capacity for the September 2019 completion has been quoted as 39,313 seats (with the possibility of expanding to 42,300 if it were necessary), making it the 11th-largest stadium in Spain and the 2nd-largest in the Basque Country.
