Ryan Joseph "Scooter" Gennett (born May 1, 1990) is an American professional baseball second baseman who is currently a free agent.
He previously played for the Milwaukee Brewers. On June 6, 2017, he became the 17th player in major league history to hit four home runs in a single game.
Gennett was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 16th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft out of Sarasota High School in Sarasota, Florida.
Gennett made his MLB debut June 3, 2013, for the Milwaukee Brewers.
