The main event will feature the next chapter in the epic Brazil vs. Argentina sporting rivalry. This will be the twenty-first LFA event to take place in Brazil after the promotion’s international expansion began in the summer of 2021. LFA 205 will also be the first LFA event to take place in Brazil’s capital city of Brasília, which is located in the Federal District and is the nation’s third-most populous city. LFA has also visited the Brazilian states of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Pernambuco. LFA 205: Pires vs. Abojer, presented by Monster Energy, takes place Friday, March 28th at the ASBAC Brasília in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil. The main event will feature a bantamweight world title fight when top Brazilian prospect Vinicius Pires battles top Argentinian prospect Lionel “La Bestia” Abojer.
