The tournament will take place at the Glaspalast, Sindelfingen, Germany from 16–18 October 2020. It will feature a field of 48 players and £140,000 in prize money, with £25,000 going to the winner. The tournament was postponed from its original date of 20–22 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany. Belgian Darts Championship winner Gerwyn Price took on German Darts Championship winner Devon Petersen in a rematch of their tie in Hildesheim, and took a 6-2 victory on this occasion.
