Watch out with UTC times starting today!

Hi all!

Starting from today, all events already created may have a wrong UTC time and we should modified it into -1.
Please check before adding TV info, as once added, they can't be updated!

Actually UTC should stay the same all the time, its just GMT or other that changes I think.

Basically both UTC and GMT are now identical.
