creating a large selection of players

I'm trying to make a "guessing game" where I choose a selection of about 1000 athletes from all sports and display some details about the person and then have a guess. Where do I even start?

Hmm an interesting project!

Well start by looking at our API methods here: https://www.thesportsdb.com/api.php

I would imagine you want to list all the leagues first, then list the teams, randomly select one on the client side then do the same process with players.

I think it would work with existing API calls if a little long winded.
