| | I found it difficult to keep up with the leagues completed when they were no longer announced so I took a step back when that happened.
If there was no notice then the Chilean First Division should be completed in terms of IDs.

I think that the easiest way to help out with this could be creating the new leagues and we will be able to place the teams from the "_no league" to the new one and if there are missing teams, we will be able to detect them once we have these leagues created

Lots of work to do now moving teams and completing ID's.
