Description

The Zozo Championship is a professional golf tournament in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture, which is located in the Greater Tokyo Area of Japan. It is co-sanctioned by the Japan Golf Tour and the PGA Tour.
The tournament is the first event ever sanctioned by the PGA Tour in Japan, in a deal that will last until at least 2025. For 2020, the tournament will move to Sherwood Country Club in Lake Sherwood, California in October.

Patrick Cantlay started his final round in the Zozo Championship three shots behind overnight leader Justin Thomas and closed with a 7-under 65 to win his third PGA title by one shot.
Five birdies in his first nine holes put him in contention alongside Thomas and Jon Rahm who had been dueling for the title but four birdies between the 11th and 15th got him the lead where he stayed in spite of a bogey on the 16th.
