Alexander Louis Jakubiak is a Scottish footballer who plays as a striker for Partick Thistle, on loan from Dundee.

Jakubiak made his sole appearance for Watford shortly before his graduation from the club's academy in the summer of 2014. Since then he has had loan spells at Braintree Town, Oxford United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Fleetwood Town, Wycombe Wanderers, Falkirk, Bristol Rovers and Gillingham. Jakubiak played twice for the Scotland under-19 team in 2014.
